Since I’m starting my cut on Monday I decided to get some before measurements so I can track my progress!
It’s super important to use more than one method of tracking your progress so you can get a better idea of how your body is changing.
I will also be getting a DEXA scan soon so I can have the most accurate account of my body fat and muscle percentages💕
