Just started 75 hard, but I’m doing it medium because I have a lot of events coming up. If I mess up a day, rather than restarting.
Meals:
breakfast - 1/4 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of protein granola, frozen blueberrie
Snack (not pictured) - protein drink
Lunch (not pictured) - slice of pizza, carrot sticks, cheese stick
Snack - apples with pb and choc chips
Dinner - fish sticks, peas, rice, squash roll with lemon Diet Coke
Dessert (not pictured) - fudge pop
136 oz water!
