MEE GORENG BUJANG RECIPE

Hey guys!

Idk about you guys but Saturday is usually my groceries day so these are the ingredients I had leftover so I decided to make mee goreng!

Ingredients:

- Mee kuning

- Garlic

- Prawns

- Any vegetables

Steps:

1. Tumiskan the bawang sampai the color browns

2. Masukkan prawns or any choice of protein

3. Next, vegetables. Biar sampai dia kecut sikit then boleh start mixing in the sauces. (sos tiram, kicap manis & light soy sauce)

4. Time to masuk the mee and gaul sampai the sauces evenly coats the mee

5. For the egg you can do it my way which is I make space dekat tepi then i akan mix sekali with the mee halfway cooked. Or you can do telur mata.
