For making it sweet :

Brown sugar : 3 tsp / 17 calories per tsp

Peanut butter : 1 1/2 tbsp / 142 calories

For Tangy:

Lemon 🍋 zest and juice

Filing beating : corn flour (optional) 1/2 tbsp / 15 calories

Dough : Premade Phyllo puff sheets 150 calories per serving

For extra crisp:

Butter 1 tbsp melted / 102 calories

For Blueberry🫐 filling-

cook your berries with 1/4 tsp of lemon zest + 2-3 lemon drops + 3 tsp of brown sugar + 1/2 tbsp of corn flour (this is optional)

Cook till jam runs slow. Let it sit on a cool plate for 30 secs to set before applying the filling on 4 puff sheets and folding as per your liking to be baked .

For Raspberry ❣️filling -

Cook you berries with 1/4 tsp of lemon zest + 3 tsp brown sugar + 1/2 tbsp corn starch

Cook till jam runs slow. Repeat the process to cool down and spread evenly on 4 puff sheets and fold as per your liking to be baked.

For Banana 🍌 filling -

Mash banana and mix with peanut butter . Spread over 4 puff sheets and make sure to cover this filing with folding the sheet dough over it. This will help keep the filling soft inside the puff pastry.

Brush all the puffs with melted butter.

Bake on 400F for 25 - 30 mins .

Serve hot & keep the remaining in an air tight box for 3-4 days .
