Chicken Stuffing Rolls

Nothing I love more than a Sunday roast but with the weather so hot it’s not what really suits . But needed some kind of a Sunday roast fix so made a Irish classic .

A chicken stuffing roll .

Grab your favorite rolls .

Butter it up .

Carve your rotisserie chicken and add it to your roll .

Make your stuffing (method is in the pics. .)

Ingredients :

Butter

Onions diced

Mixed herbs ( rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley)

Bread turned into breadcrumbs

Add a bit of Mayo and fold it over :)

Optional : gravy to dip it in .

Gave me my fix till Sunday roast weather .
