CNY Grocery Recommendation! Sheng Siong favourites

CNY is around the corner! It is time to stock up on your pantry for the hosting.

🛒Here are some of my favourite purchases from Sheng Siong. They are all my true loves, and I have purchased them over and over again! I hope you will like them as much as I do!

📌Snacks:

✨TOS TOS Tortills Chips 2 for $3.90

I love both the Korean BBQ and the nacho cheese. I highly recommend this as it is so flavorful and much better (and cheaper) than Doritos, IMO.

✨Tyrell’s Potato Chips: Sweet Chill and Red Pepper $3.75

It is sweet and savory! I have loved this since my days in the UK.😋

✨Calbee vegetable fries: $1.37

I love how it is super light and crunchy!

✨Snapea -$1.90

This is so good!! Although it is a green pea snack, it is really yummy! I like that it is baked, not fried, so it is less sinful as I binge on these snacks.

📌Drinks

✨Royal Select Sparkling Juice: $3.10🍾

These come in fancy bottles. They look like wines, but they are actually sparkling juice. My personal favourite is the white grape; it is like sparkling moscato but without the alcohol.

✨Vida Salty Lychee: $1.40

If you like the Himalayan salty candy, I think you will love this too.It has a very subtle lychee scent that is fragrant yet not artificial. Plus, it has zero calories and sugar. A great replacement for sodas.

✨Chai Pai Tea: $1.15

I love most of their flavors. Tastes refreshing! My favourite is the pomelo jasmine flavour.

✨Chi Forest: $1

There are a lot of flavours and it's so refreshing!

✨Allswell: Plum Juice/Starfruit Juice 2 for $4.55

These are so good to go with hotpot! If you like the Chinese sour plum drink, give these a try too!

📌Desserts

✨Fortune Pulut Hitam: $1.86

These are black glutinous rice. I love pairing these with my Greek yoghurt. If you like yoga, you can totally make this at home.

✨Fortune Soya Beancurd: $1.86

These are really good, too! The portion size is perfect, making them an easy after-meal dessert.

📌Food

✨Yang yang glutinous rice siew mai: $5.70

I love regular siew mais, but these are even better! It is more chewy, and it is just so fragrant!! I think they will make a perfect addition to CNY meals.

✨Cuttlefish You Tiao: $2.97

If you like crispy beancurd rolls, try adding these to your hotpot!

✨Nan Xiang Dumplings: $4.58

These pork cabbage dumplings are my favourites, and they are so juicy!

✨Farmland Cheese Meatballs: $2.80

These are so cheesy! They make a good snack too.

✨Nonya Achar: $4.45

I love Achar! This is a good side dish to go with the meals.
