A short post but needed

1. Hobbies are underrated these days. And no bukan hobi yang over stimulating macam youtube, netflix, vigorous gaming etc. Actually doing mindless hobbies helps us to take our minds of things like drawing, reading, scrapbooking and also journaling.

2. Find the reason as in question yourself why am I anxious, kenapa aku resah? What happened recently? etc and jot them down in your notebook. I'd suggest simpan satu notebook designated untuk emotional entries. After all, health is wealth also encompasses mental health sekali kan.

3. No need more explanation lol. You spend some time with your loved ones, you talk to them about your problems and if you may, ask them for their opinions as well. Tak perlu setuju or ambil pun nasihat, but its good to see other people's perspective and who knows it might help us later.
