There’s NOTHING that satisfies my sweet tooth the way my yogurt bowls do. It’s protein PACKED and high in fiber. Here’s the general recipe
🤍I use the Dannon light and for yogurts (my favorite are the vanilla or coconut) I use about one serving
🤍I add in two spoonfuls of my chia sludge which I prep ever week. (Literally just a giant jar of chia seeds in water)
🤍I pick a fruit, any fruit, usually bananas or straw berries.
🤍 I add in hemp or flax seed occasionally, sometimes I don’t but these add extra fiber and protein!
🤍I sweeten it with a couple of chocolate chips (usually I use lolly chocolate chips)
🤍I also add sugar free maple syrup
🤍last I top it off with some coconut flakes
Total calories: less than 250 calories for 25-35 grams of protein.
