Easy Steak bites & sides

Extra Easy recipe-

Cooke bacon & put aside

Beef round chunks or “steak bites”: heat olive oil in pan & sauté onions. Season beef tips with salt, pepper, garlic powder & red pepper flakes. Put in hot oiled pan with the sautéed onions. Once brown take out pan & put aside (i put it in a strainer)

Gravy: Brown gravy McCormick packs. (Hence extra easy) Put steak bites back into pan and pour gravy on top . Let simmer

Mashed potatoes: Idahoan instant mashed potatoes. Once cooked add butter and chives (or make homemade if you’re too fancy to use instant lol)

Green beans: sauté onions & garlic in bacon grease. I used Pero Family Farms green beans (they are steam in a bag pre snipped). After beans are cooked in microwave add to pan with the onions & garlic, add a little butter , salt , pepper & cook on low with top
