EASY & DELICIOUS DINNER IDEAS 🤩

HOW TO: Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 tablespoons butter

- potatoes (I use the bag potatoes you put in the microwave)

- 3 tablespoons minced garlic

- 1 teaspoon thyme chopped

- 1 teaspoon rosemary chopped

- 1 teaspoon oregano chopped

- sirloin steak cut into 1 inch cubes (1 steak per person is normally what I do)

- salt & pepper

1) Put olive oil, butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano in skillet on medium heat and cook for 3 min (add in potato's)

2)Turn skillet to high heat & add steak bites. Let steak sear for a min then stir steak until golden brown.

3) Serve with any other sides of your choice, Mine is Asparagus!!
