For the dehydrated and sensitive💧💦

Sharing skincare products I use as someone with dehydrated and sensitive skin!

My aesthetician actually told me a few of my problem areas:

▪️Dehydrated outer layer and oily inner layer hence

▪️Congestion

▪️Pimple-prone

Apart from these, I also tend to breakout if I consume too much dairy products or if I’m out under the sun for too long 🥺

To help combat congestion, it’s really important to remove any build up at the end of the day. For this, double cleansing is recommended and personally I use an oil cleanser before a gentle foaming cleanser.

Once my face is clean, I go in with my current fav products:

🔹1. NEEDLY Daily toner pad

I’ve used a couple brands before and this is my top choice for its soothing effect, thickness and embossed side for that extra exfoliation.

🔹2. Serum

I usually alternate between the Anua peach 70 niacin serum (pink) and OxygenCeuticals Acell-300 fluid (green) depending on how my skin feels. For the Acell fluid, I usually mix several drops with the OxygenCeuticals Toning Gel for better absorption as it has a thicker consistency.

This step is accompanied by my trusty Medicube Age-R Booster-H device that helps my skin absorb all that goodness, giving me that glowy skin! ✨

🔹3. Moisturiser

I’m using the PURITO B5 Panthenol Re-barrier cream which to me is an underrated product. It’s gentle, fragrance-free, soothing, and helps to lock in all that hydration as a final step.

One thing that has been skin-changing for me is to spray any kind of facial spray (good, clean ones of course) before applying moisturiser to help it glide on easier and for better absorption. When I’m not in a rush, I use my Medicube device for this step as well.

🔹4. Sunscreen

Once upon a time I hated applying sunscreen as it always felt too oily, heavy and pore-clogging no matter how good the reviews were. But this particular Hyalu-cica Water-Fit sun serum by SKIN1004 doesn’t leave any white cast, gives my skin a nice glow without looking oily and provides another layer of hydration.

So if you’re like me and thrive on having juicy and hydrated skin, don’t sleep on these products!
