Building arm strength with resistance band
1. Standing tall, loop the resistance band under your feet and start to pull it with both hands, with your elbows locked. Pull the band until it is at your chest level.
Do it for at least 20 times.
2. Standing feet together, place the resistance band under your feet and start to pull it with both hands, body slightly leaning forward. This time do it with your elbows lifted (at your shoulder level). This is similar with the previous one but it targets different muscles.
Do it for at least 20 times.
3. Standing tall this time, loop the resistance band under your feet and start to pull it with both hands, with your elbows locked. This is a harder version of the previous ones as it works most of your back muscles as well.
Do it for at least 20 times.
I do this before I get my dumbbells and they are effective for me as well!
