Tips on Multi-day treks! 🥾🗻

Leaving some tips here from what I’ve learnt from my most recent trek!

Of course please don’t solely go on a trek based only on my tips, do more research and understand more about the requirements of each trek/hike before u go!

You have to take note of the season in which you are going, the altitude, the trail conditions and if any technical skills are required (e.g climbing, using ice picks and spikes, harness and ropes etc)

There are of course more things that you should bring other than those that I’ve listed but make sure not to overpack it! I overpacked the number of socks I needed because i don’t want smelly feet and those ended up becoming dead weights. The number of heat tech clothings I got as well were basically deadweight 💀
