It’s JUST hair

If I’m being completely honest, i don’t know what happened to my hair, i slowly started noticing the thinning and breakage and no matter what i did to try to fix it things were only getting g worse and worse. So it was time to let go

The crazy part is i was so hesitant about cutting it because i was scared about what i would look like, how i would take care of it, would my husband still think I’m cut?! But eventually i started cutting anyway

Now here’s the crazy part. Once i started cutting my hair i IMMEDIATELY felt better and now about the cut. It’s almost like stress was being lifted from me somehow. I know how it sounds because i was confused myself but i think my dead, damaged hair was harboring negative thoughts and energy.

I’m also happy i didn’t have to shave my head again 😅
