how i got my hair color 👩🏻

I call it the ‘Dark Chocolate Mocha with Caramel Swirl’ 😂

If you’re wondering how I got my hair color, it started with an idea to go darker for fall. I feel like every girl goes through a crisis with hair color atleast once a year and mine is always when fall comes around.

When I got to my hair appointment my hair dresser asked if I had anything specific in mind. I showed him my inspo pic (shown in second slide) but also keeping my natural hair color (dark brown) and he knew what to do. I also asked for a ‘Butterfly haircut’, my hair used to be down to upper abdomen but was so dry and dead, it had to go. Now it’s just below my shoulders and feels so much healthier.

All in all I’m super obsessed with my hair and I think it’s perfect for fall with a touch of summer in my highlights. It’s also an easy transition incase it grows out and won’t look a mess when my roots grow.
