Happy Friday, everyone! Ending the week strong with an upper body workout that leaves me feeling powerful and energized. Today was all about building strength, feeling the burn, and pushing through with that Friday energy! Here’s a breakdown of today’s session:

🔥 Upper Body Workout Routine:

1. Dumbbell Bench Press - 4 sets x 10 reps

2. Lat Pulldown - 4 sets x 12 reps

3. Seated Row - 4 sets x 12 reps

4. Dumbbell Arnold Shoulder Press - 3 sets x 15 reps

5. Bicep Hammer Curls - 3 sets x 15 reps

6. Tricep Pushdowns - 3 sets x 15 reps

7. Face Pulls - 4 sets x 12 reps

Focused on form, feeling each rep, and staying in tune with my body. No rush, just intention and consistency. 💥
