I’ve been on a journey with my body—going through significant weight loss, followed by weight gain. But here’s the truth: I am no longer at war with myself. My journey has never been about the numbers on a scale; it’s always been about healing from the inside out.

Through every change, I’ve learned to embrace my body for what it is: strong, resilient, and a reflection of all I’ve overcome. I choose to celebrate what my body can do rather than obsess over what it looks like. The path has always been about healing, self-love, and honoring my well-being.
