The last month has been such a struggle for me. I am definitely feeling burnt out from classes. Work is super overwhelming. And I am serious lacking motivation.
LETS TALK ABOUT IT
I have been struggling to get myself to certain classes. Most of them I have no issues going but 2 of them for some reason make me so anxious to go. Sometimes I will even get myself ready to go and freak myself out. I am trying so hard to break this but it feels like an endless cycle.
I am having no motivation to workout out or go to the gym. I am struggling to find the motivation to do so even though I know I like it. I have always been active but I go through phase where I can’t get myself back into it. I keep pushing it off and I am starting to feel insecure about myself. I notice my jeans don’t fit the way they used to and I’m stressing.
I am seriously struggling with communication. Working a remote job I do not see my coworkers and I am struggling to ask for help or communicate basic information. I am not sure why this is but again, it makes me very anxious. I try to ask those I am comfortable with but I feel like a bother.
Please give me some advice on any of this. I would really appreciate it!!
