I Need Advice..

After the epidural my back has not been the same which I heard it was common for many moms who chose to get it during labor.

Today I did a small little twist while making breakfast and hurt my back I felt like an electric shock and pain so I stopped in mid twist. I thought it was just a bad move but a few hours late I’m in way more pain I feel like electric shocks going down my hip, pelvic area and legs like cramps is this normal ?? I do feel pain exactly where the epidural was placed. When I use the massager machine it’s where I feel like most relief..

Have you done anything to help relieve pain from the epidural?
