Let’s be so real. ALL DIETS AND WORKOUTS WORK!!!!

But do they maintain is the question? And the answer for many is no, unless you just plan to stick to that diet for the rest of your life then it’ll work. I’ve tried every diet and many many workouts and pills and home remedies and starved and just whatever you can think of!!!🥺 Some worked of course like keto but as soon as I was off the diet even while eating healthy, I gain my weight back and I beat myself up over it until one day my neighbor told me how she lost her weight and kept her figure and weight down. And all it is is calorie counting!!!

And it’s so simple and easy to do once you realize that you don’t need to cut carbs, you don’t need to cut sugar, and you can enjoy everything! I try not to go over 1,500 calories to 1,600 calories and because I know my limits I realize eating a burger with 890 calories is not as filling and not the best choice to something else like a taco bowl from 570 calories. More food less calories 🤷‍♀️ That’s what I strived for.

The app that I used to count my calories is Lifesum and you can track your weight and water and exercise with the app as well ✨💙

Whatever you do though, add some type of exercise. Exercise isn’t just for weight loss, building muscle, or to stay healthy. It’s a good habit, energizes you, helps your focus and mental health as well! Get in 10k steps or do some yoga or boost that up to power yoga! Either way move your body 💃💃💃💃
