Homemade enchiladas sauce:

Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oil (I use olive oil), chili powder, nut meg, oregano, tomato paste (I used rotel for texture purposes), chicken broth, cumin, flour.

▢ 2 cups chicken broth regular sodium
