Retinol For Beginners🙋🏻‍♀️

How you guys been doing?? Psst this time im sharing about my skincare journey and 1 of the best decision i have ever made is to start using Retinol (btw im 31 this year😌)

What age can use retinol??

- the suite age to start adding retinol is above 24 y/o cos at this ages our skin will less to produce collagen and retinol help to fight anti ageing

When to use retinol?

- For beginner you should use retinol only 1-2x in a week plus only use it on your nighttime skin care routine as in day time we are more expose to sunlight so dont skip sunscreen when you had start using retinol even if you are not using retinol girllss please use sunscreen

Tips For Beginner:

- use retinol in sandwich method to avoid direct retinol on your skin that may irritate your skin surface (hydrating toner-essence toner-moisturiser -retinol-moisturiser-essence-serum) but for my self i skip both toner and just start with moisturiser but still using sandwich method

- please do a test patch 1st before direct using and some of beginner on retinol may cause purging so make sure to clearly study more on your skin problems .
