RETINOL‼️Steps To Use & Beginners Tips⭐️

In today's episode, i'm gonna share with you guys about retinol. I already share quite a lot about retinol in my posts, but this time, it's gonna be about how to use it and when to start.

It's important to use retinol the right way so you get the results you need and avoid experiencing side effects from using it.

For beginners, make sure to start with the lowest percentage effective for your skin. Otherwise, it might cause irritation and redness. You can increase the percentage slowly according to your skin's need. If you happen to notice any side effect, drop your frequency down or discontinue using it for a while to allow your skin to heal. So here's the basic skincare routine if you are starting to use retinol.

Step 1 ▶️ Cleanse your face and apply toner.

Step 2 ▶️ Apply your serum.

Step 3 ▶️ Apply an eye creamto protect the delicate skin on eye area.

Step 4 ▶️ Wait until your skin is dry. Applying retinol on wet or damp skin can potentially lead to irritation.

Step 5 ▶️ Apply retinol. Start with a small amount using a clean and dry finger. Start at your chin all the way up to your face with a gentle, outward, upward strokes. Wait for at least three to five minutes before applying the next step.

Step 6 ▶️ Finish with a moisturizer.
