bread pudding recipe🍽

My first time ever trying to make bread pudding and this recipe is soo easy I had to share

take half a loaf of brioche bread (if it's stale that's perfect) rip/cut it up in 1x1inch squares

preheat oven to 350°

Toast bread for a few minutes (optional)

Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup raisins (optional)

Mix together:

-4 large eggs

-2 cups milk

-3/4 cup sugar

-1 tablespoon cinnamon

-1 tablespoon vanilla extract

place your bread in an 8-inch oven safe dish

Drizzled butter over each layer of bread (add raisins)

Pour your mixed ingredients over the bread making sure everything is soaked

Cook in oven for 45 minutes!

Ready when top is lightly browned and bouncy to the touch
