back with another healthy meal idea! i love eating really clean & this has def become a fav for me to prep and eat~
ingredients:
~ broccoli
~ sweet potato
~ eggs
~ diced chicken breast
(i just eyeball the amounts, depending on how hungry i am lolll)
this recipe is extra easy because i throw everything into one big pot and allow it to boil together! they all require diff boiling periods so def be aware of that (use a timer)
boil times:
🍠sweet potato (~15 minutes)
🥦broccoli (~8 minutes)
🐓chicken (~10 minutes)
🥚eggs (~12 minutes for hard boiled)
some people might find it pretty plain (i like it this way ahhshssh) so u can add your own choice of sauce/dressing/add salt?? i add soy sauce to my eggs🤣
