Thai Peanut Salad

I have never posted on any platform the meals I make. I get very nervous and insecure that people are going to judge me and tell me it looks gross or something. But I feel different about this app. I feel like it’s safe space to share things. This is an easy weeknight meal. It’s a Thai Peanut Salad with chicken and peanut dressing. Along with some apricot and cream danishes.
