#glowup these workouts not only helped me lose weight but they helped me maintain a big butt and basically get an hourglass body!! ⏳⏳& be sure to be consistent with these to..! i did not do a calorie deficit at all while these but i was drinking detoxing drinks and eating slower instead of swallowing right away!,, not only that but i also stopped eating as much processed foods, i would make my own meals instead of ordering fast food, and sometime and then i would make those "healthy" recipes you would find online!🥙🥙
