Body Composition Analysis Check✨

Did a comparison of my body composition analysis, one in 2022 and the other today. I wasn’t very active back then and had temporary bursts of exercise/dieting.

Don’t know where this energy is coming from for this year though😂 Pretty proud of my achievement for the past month.. my visceral fat dropped into the healthy range and I lost 3.7% of my body fat!😝 Still more to go of course, SO EXCITED❤️❤️ slow and steady wins the race😌
