Lately, I have been really interested in joining an exercise community like crossfit/cardio training after binge watching ‘Physical:100’. I was researching online and that’s when I chance upon ‘Ritual Gym’.

They provides a 1/2 weeks unlimited trail pass where you can book as many classes as you like at your convenience. & Ritual gym makes it even easier for me to go and get my fat ass to exercise…..You know why??? Because all I have to do is SHOW UP!!

❓❓How is this possible:

- they provide free gym attires (top and bottom)🎽

- showers (Rain showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash) 🫧🛀🧼🧴

- Towels (body and face) 🧖🏽‍♀️🧺

- & if you have been wanting to try out the Dyson hairdryer, this is the place for you 😍😍

- there will be a handsome/pretty instructor who guide and motivate you during your workout

- they have many branches which makes it easier for you drop by

- just a 30 minute session (etc. a quick session before you start off your day: to work/school)

Recommendation & rating (8/10):

Honestly, If you’re someone who can’t find the motivation to do your cardio or just want a quick sweat session for the week or even a really busy person with packed schedule, I would highly highly recommend this gym.

The workouts are relatively easy . They include warm up and cool down portions which I feel is essential for every HIT workout. The intensity of workout can be determined by oneself where you can choose the weight of the weights.
