EASY Pomegranate Bark

This is a super simple recipe. You can use any fruit, pomegranate is in season right now so I wanted to try this! Follow for more recipes! 🤍

I didn’t measure! I used Trader Joe’s pound of dark chocolate. I broke off a few pieces with a little bit of 100% coconut oil, microwaved and stirred for 30 second intervals till it was completely melted. I poured and spread on foil on a baking sheet. Hear me out! It isn’t super pretty but It comes off super easy like parchment, doesn’t leave a taste either! Sprinkle on the seeds and freeze for 1-2 hours. Break the pieces and store in the freezer.
