Page 1 - what month we are in (title page)
Page 2 - I usually do something about me last month I did an all about me this month I chose my current favorite/ most played songs
Page 3 - my mood tracker to keep track of how I was feeling each day and being bipolar it helps to show when I was manic vs when I was depressed
Page 4 - anxiety tracker, I have chronic anxiety and this helps to keep track of when my anxiety is really bad and how often it gets really bad
page 5 - energy tracker, this helps to track my manic and depression episodes as well
Page 6 - sleep log, this helps track my Bi polar and anxiety because on days I get less sleep my anxiety seems to be higher and also tracks when im manic or depressed because I have very little sleep or way too much sleep
Page 7 - dream log, I love this one because I’ve always been super into dreams and what they mean and I usually have some pretty wild ass dreams 😂
Page 8 - habbits, this is basically my chore chart when I go through depressive episodes the simplest every day tasks are incredibly hard for me and this just helps me to get them done or making sure I did them.
Page 9 - my shows, this is just a fun way to track what shows I’ve watched each month
Page 10 - my google searches, this is just another fun page to see the different things I’ve searched on google each month
Page 11 - remember when is just a way to keep track of big events that went on each month or fun things we did
Page 12 - daily doodles is just a fun doodle of something that went on each day or something related to what I did that day
Page 13 - my favorite part of today is just a way to appreciate each day and share positivity
Page 14 - let’s talk about it is like a mini diary but summed up to 1-2 sentences to talk about why I felt how I felt each day
