Just like Anxiety from In Inside Out 2, I’m 24/7 always feeling overwhelmed and worried about the future

⭐️Some of My Daily Experiences:
💓 Racing heart whenever something uncertain happens
😰 Sweaty when really anxious- anxiety sweat is real 💯
🌩️ Constant sense of unease, always expecting the worst
🌪️ Overthinking and replaying scenarios in my mind
😬 What ifs that most likely won’t come true run through my 🧠 randomly
👀 General sense of hyper vigilance just in case
➡️ Sometimes I find myself caught in a cycle of worry and stress. I have to take a step back, stop 🛑 ✋ Then I remind myself that, it’s okay to feel this way. My body is responding to a possible threat and I can react if I need to. If there is no immediate real danger, I can take steps to calm myself down

Deep breathing 😮💨
4-7-8 breathing ✋

These are just a few of the many coping skills I use to deal with all of my anxious thoughts and feels 💭
➡️ If you’re struggling with anxiety, know you’re not alone. You can explore different ways to manage those anxious moments. It’s a game of trial and error but as one of the most anxious humans alive- (diagnosed by a pediatric cardiologist for many anxiety induced heart struggles) it can get better, it just takes practice 💙✨
