sharing my healthy & high protein beef bulgogi recipe! my recipe makes 4 servings, packs 40g protein per serving, and is AWESOME for meal prep because

ingredients👇🏼
🤍 1.5lbs lean ground turkey
🤍 2 cup rice (i used leftover rice from takeout but you can use microwaveable or make some stovetop)
🤍 frozen veggie mix (i popped mine in a microwave safe bowl for 6 mins to steam)
🤍 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
🤍 2 tbsp brown sugar
🤍 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
🤍 4 cloves garlic minced
🤍 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
🤍 optional scallion & sesame seed garnish
how to👇🏼
🥡 heat up rice & cook veggies for the base of your bowl
🥡 in a greased pan, cook ground turkey (add 1 tbsp sesame if you’d like)
🥡 cook 80% of the way & drain pan of any moisture/liquid from the meat cooking
🥡 in a bowl, mix all ingredients to create a sauce
🥡 add sauce to pan & finish cooking turkey
🥡 add cooked turkey to bowls & garnish with scallions + sesame seems (if you have it)
