it’s so easy to see all of these aesthetic spaces & think they’re unattainable because they look pricey but in reality these looks are super achievable if you’re smart about where you save or splurge 😉

my logic behind saving and splurging:

🧚‍♀️ splurge on items that will get a lot of use (so they don’t wear or break fast) & that i will want to bring to the next apartment/house i live in

🧚‍♀️ save on items that are seasonal or trendy

🧚‍♀️ save on items that don’t wear quickly or don’t get much use

another great tip for getting a high-end look for less is to create your own artwork! large pieces of art that are actually painted (not prints) cost thousands of dollars. it costs less than $150 to purchase large canvases/paint and create this look yourself! you can also customize your own paint shades to coordinate your artwork with your space which makes your art look even more custom
