Easiest recipe ever!! Vegetable dish that is ready in under 5 minutes. This can be prepared earlier before the rest of the heavy cooking for dishes that needs to be warm. Try it! You'll start loving vegetables 🥬~~

Serves a Pax:

•spinach (a little less than half a pack)

•sesame oil (1.5 tbsp)

•soy sauce (1 tbsp)

•hua tiao wine (tiny splash)

•white pepper (teeny bit)

LET'S GET COOKING

** Wash the spinach thoroughly. The roots are covered with soil and leaves might have some dust or chemicals.

1. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper & hua tiao wine. Stir well so that the sauce does not split.

2. Blanch the spinach for a minute.

3. Rise spinach under running water or shock it in ice water to stop the cooking.

4. Squeeze out the water from the spinach before adding to the sauce.

5. Mix well and serve.
