flying to KOREA? try ASIANA AIRLINES! ✈️🛫💺

NOT SPONSORED BTW! 🫣 on my most recent trip to korea, I decided to to take asiana compared to other more expensive airlines (like SQ) & I have absolutely NO REGRETS 🤭 in fact I had one of the best flight experiences & here’s why:

AFFORDABLE 👀 ———

at the date I was booking it, it was only $551 for round trip compared to $700-800+ for Singapore airlines~ the amenities were all comparable for its price! personally I always like to save on air tickets & use the money to spend at the holiday country instead 🤣 for $200+ saved you can do a lot with that!! 😳

SPACIOUS ☺️ ———

for such an affordable plane ticket, the leg room was AMAZING! if I were to explain why, it’ll be because I was carrying a SUPER bulky bag & personally I like to keep it under my seat just to be safe instead of up in the luggage space area. I had enough leg space even with my bag there!!! 🤩

VIBE 💗 ———

my trip TO korea was 11/10!! because I could choose my own seat (AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, unless you’re choosing special seats), I chose the one towards the back of the plane where there was absolute NO ONE in my row! 👀 it was really quiet & peaceful 🥺 as my flight to Korea was overnight, there were people who used the 4 middle seats as a bed (super clever!) (I didn’t because I was busy watching the movie…) there was pillow & blanket provided so those who slept in that way probably had an AMAZING sleep 😂 though my flight BACK TO Singapore was more crowded, I still got to choose a window seat with nobody beside me so I could place my heavy hand carry bag filled with souvenirs on the seat/under it 🙏🏻 had lots of space for myself toooooo~ nearing end of flight there’s also STRETCHING exercise onscreen which was super cute honestly!! as expected of Koreans who care about their health a lot! ☺️

AMENITIES ❣️ ———

there was entertainment!!! lots of movies to choose from (especially those of korean ones), music & variety shows! as asiana specialises more in korean flights, the entertainment was more korean based which is perfect for any kdrama/kpop/anything korean fans like me 🇰🇷 the headphones were comfortable to wear even to sleep & there was a seat plug under the seat for me to charge my phone throughout the flight! 🤍 the toilet had lotion, toothbrush (which was already prepared with toothpaste, I loved it!), combs)

FOOD 🥘 ———

both times on the flight I chose bibimbap because it somehow hit different when you’re up in the air! 🤯 having hot rice in the cold plane was so good, the bibimbap had a lot of ingredients & I loved that they were separated so you could take out anything you didn’t like (I ate everything super CLEAN 🤣) it also came with seaweed soup/miso soup!! there were fruits after too 🍎 for drinks, there were many options from hot to cold: tea, coffee, soft drinks, wine! on my flight BACK, they gave us olive pizza too which was super nice hehe 💗 definitely try the bibimbap!

I’d say that I’ll definitely choose asiana again if I were to fly to korea! the only downside for most people might be that the air stewardess speak in korean. they do know English too but just know that they’re mostly Koreans (I had no problem with that tho, just make it known that you can’t speak Korean & it’ll be fine!)
