For me, Fridays are all about feeling good and shaking off the stresses of the week. And one of the best ways I've found to do that is by playing squash 🏸

And the best part is, when I'm done playing, I feel amazing. All that pent-up energy and tension has been released, and I'm left feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered. I can go into the weekend with a sense of accomplishment and a renewed sense of focus on my self-care.
