Has anyone else (specifically women) seen a dramatic amount of hair loss since starting CREATINE??
馃搷Picture is of all my hair fall from only combing my hair with conditioner. Doesn鈥檛 include the hair that collected in my drain catcher nor brushing/styling after my shower
I鈥檝e been taking Legion Post Workout Supplement since mid June (2 months) in the past month and a half I鈥檝e noticed a dramatic difference in my hair fall (hair falling out when brushing or styling or washing)
It has got to the point that I鈥檓 truly concerned. I鈥檓 not 100% sure what the main cause is but the only difference in the past 2 months has been that I added CREATINE in.
My hair is literally falling out in chunks when washing and brushing. 馃槶馃槱
I鈥檓 planning on taking a break from CREATINE as of today to see if the hair fall decreases.
