HAIR LOSS FROM CREATINE

Has anyone else (specifically women) seen a dramatic amount of hair loss since starting CREATINE??

📍Picture is of all my hair fall from only combing my hair with conditioner. Doesn’t include the hair that collected in my drain catcher nor brushing/styling after my shower

I’ve been taking Legion Post Workout Supplement since mid June (2 months) in the past month and a half I’ve noticed a dramatic difference in my hair fall (hair falling out when brushing or styling or washing)

It has got to the point that I’m truly concerned. I’m not 100% sure what the main cause is but the only difference in the past 2 months has been that I added CREATINE in.

My hair is literally falling out in chunks when washing and brushing. 😭😩

I’m planning on taking a break from CREATINE as of today to see if the hair fall decreases.
