Last night, I made a very good quick and easy dinner. I made a steak and onion smothered baked potato. It was so good and my husband absolutely loved it.

Baked Potato

Steakums

Onions

Jalapeños

Holy Garlic Seasoning

Cajun Seasoning

Onion Powder

Swiss Cheese

Butter

Cook the meat to all the way and add in the onions. Once fully cooked, put the cheese on your potato and the meat and onions on top. Add jalapeños and extra seasoning on top. Let me know what you think in the comments. What’s your favorite potato topping?
