1 pound of small red potatoes

4 tablespoons of ghee

4 cloves of minced garlic

1 tablespoon rosemary

2 tablespoons parsley

1 pound of ribeye steaks cut into cubes

Sea salt and black pepper

Soften potatoes then put them in a large skillet with the ghee or olive oil and all the seasonings. (Add more like I did if desired). Cook until golden brown and crispy. Put aside. Put the steak in the pan and add the seasonings you desire. Cook until almost done, then add the potatoes back into the pan with the steak and cook together for about 4 minutes. Serve!
