Why raw dairy is superior

Ever since incorporating raw dairy into my diet, I have been so much more energy and stamina throughout my day. Raw dairy is dairy that has not been pasteurized, meaning it has the least intervention possible. It is the milk that is coming from the cows without it being altered and heated up, losing most of it's beneficial aspects.
