I’m now a chegan “cheating vegan”

About 6 months ago, I started to "cheat on" the vegan diet. I wasn't feel satiated, I was always hungry, and my mood was very low. I knew I needed to make a change to my diet, so I have slowly started to add in dairy and fish. I love high quality, raw dairy and fish and I feel so much more energetic since adding them back into my diet. I love to feel full after meals and this has helped me so much! #healthyeating #exvegan #balancedplate
