I get burned out easily nowadays,hence one of the major reasons why I’ve been slowing down in content creation. Took 2-3 months break from actively posting on my socials & I have been spending more time for myself without posting much on soc med, which actually helped me a lot in dealing with this so called “Burned Out” situation of mine!
Here are the 5 things to do when you feel burned out :
1. Go for a SWIM
as it can help to improve your overall & mental health. It will also take your mind off things. Fun fact, Endorphins, which are "feel-good" hormones, are released naturally when swimming.
2. Bake cakes or cookies
Baking has always been one of my go-to coping mechanisms as it’s very therapeutic to do so, especially when you bake during rainy days.
3. Read rom-com books
Read something light, not anything complicated. Sometimes all you need is to escape the reality for a moment & reading is one of the easiest way to do so.

4. Spend extra time for self care
• Sleep early (fix sleeping schedule)
• Never skip your skincare routine, in fact give extra care. Always make sure to apply face mask once a week at least
• Take warm bubble bath & light some soothing scented candle as this helps to ease your mind too
5. Go for solo dates
Pamper yourself if you haven't done it for a long time. Take yourself on that shopping spree or solo coffee dates! Spending time alone allows you to dig deep and find a greater sense of what you like and dislike without thinking of others!
