•Do things you enjoy.

Make sure to do things that you enjoy outside of work, such as reading, spending time in nature, or exercising. Kalau saya biasanya berjalan kat mall atau cafe hopping, tengok buku, editorial memang therapeutic.🍵

•Seek professional help.

Yup, saya betul betul buntu dan rasa sangat stuck, macam you have been paused forcibly and physically. Malangnya saya tiada masa nak berjumpa jadi saya cuma download app sahaja. If you are struggling to cope with burnout, it may be helpful to talk to a therapist or counsellor.
