I’m just introducing my self through this post

My name is aliyah 🤭 and I like to eat good 🫶🏽.

I am in the middle with my fitness journey and clean diet I keep going back and fourth. I sometimes eat clean and sometimes I over eat, it’s been real hard to hold back temptations 🥲 especially when my job loves to bring us food during lunch and I get too excited. Iv tried to meal prep but would last a day or two 😭 then I would forget about them.
