When I started my fitness journey I wasn’t really concerned with the way my back looked. I was just working out for the fun of it😅 I wasn’t paying attention to the way my body looked until I took photos of myself. I took a photo of my back one day in 2021 and I was horrified! I hated the way it looked; it was wide, I had no hourglass figure and I had a few rolls too. So, from that day forward I made a change. I stared to dedicate two days out of the week towards my back and I’ve been doing the same 5 exercises ever since.
