lv nano speedy or speedy 20 ??

since i’ve just visited lv jap , i wanted to share some of my thoughts on the popular speedy bags ~

might have been consumer bias or frequency illusion but i have been seeing & thinking about these bags for weeks 🥹

when i went to jap , i tried my luck at the osaka store but all the speedy bags were oos :o thankfully when i went to tokyo , i managed to be the first in line just before the store opened & i was told that there was a restock that day . of course i had to try both bags ~

nano speedy :

✨ small and cutes

✨ comes with leather strap

✨ able to fit my phone (iphone 15 pro) , lippies , airpods & card holder

🤨 might be a little squeezy for pro max

🤨 not really suitable for girlies who likes to bring umbrellas or more stuff out

speedy 20 :

✨ def more spacious

✨ can even fit an umbrella or a small bottle

🤨 comes with the cloth strap which is detachable but the leather strap has to be purchased

🤨 costs about ~360$ more than the nano

also , i believe that it is easier for you to get this bag in jap compared to other countries due to the popularity of the bag & if the bag is not available at the store , do try to visit nearby stores or try queuing just about 30 mins before the store opens !

the SA who served me told me that there was only 1 restock that day , altho im not sure if it’s true or if it’s just a trick to bait me to purchase the bag , BUTTTTT if it is true , then being first in line really helps you to secure the bag as well ~

the exchange rate with yen is also much more favourable to us now so you can get some savings if you get it in jap hehe
