This one is for you hungover girlie. We've all been there, didn't make it home to our gua sha or ice roller; or just can't get out of bed. Here is an easy routine to de-puff your face and get you looking snatched and ready to face the day.
🦋 Make sure to use some sort of moisturizer while doing these steps. Normal face lotion does just fine you don't need anything fancy.
1.) Forehead
Swirl your fingers at the inner most corners of your eyebrows. Do this slowly three times then gently pull up and out to temples. Do this three times.
2.) Nose and Under Eyes
Gently swirl fingers on either side of nose three times. Then gently pull fingers an inch under eyes and out to temples. Do this three times.
3.) Cheekbones
Make a L with your hand. Start by your mouth and work out to your ear gently pulling. Do this three to six times.
4.) Jawline and Chest
Start at your chin with two fingers pulling down next. Do this three times. Then take two fists at center of chest. Swirl fists three times then pull out to shoulders. Do this three more times.
