WFH Morning Routine 🌞

As I’m navigating this new WFH life as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist developing a virtual cardiac rehab program, my morning routine has definitely been essential to setting up a productive day!

• making the bed is key to getting your day started!

• I would feel like a bum if I didn’t put myself together 😅

• our 9-month old mini goldendoodle pup knows when it’s time to potty 😂

• get those vitamins in 💊

• drink those greens 🌱

• filling up my water bottle motivates me to increase my water take!

• a nice smelling candle sets the vibe

• always starting the day with God 🙏🏼
